Gaute har over 25 års erfaring innen forretningsutvikling og bakgrunn fra jus, økonomi og markedsstrategi. Han har deltatt i utviklingen av Bions konsept i mer enn 20 år, og har bygget selskaper og nettverk både nasjonalt og internasjonalt.
